Personally, I don't see myself as a talented student, but my counselor said that it's worth applying. Do you see any chances of getting accepted??

HS GPA: 3.9
SAT I: 2250
800 - math, 700 - verbal, 750 - writing
SAT II: 750 - Math IC, 720 - Math IIC, 760 - World History.
(I plan on take literature in Nov)

Courses: rigorous... honors and APs.
(but I'm not sending my AP scores. It's optional, and they're not that fantastic)

Teacher Recs: I believe they're good.

Class Rank: by GPA, first or second. But my school doesn't rank.

Extra Curriculars:
Teaching violin
Eight years piano and violin
Founder/President of film club
President Art Club
Habitat for Humanity
Winning several logo contests
Designed clothes over the summer
Wrote/published a book
MUN
Tutoring students
Member of National Honor Society
Designed/Directed a wall mural project in our school

My stats are all right, but my AP scores are low. That really disturbs me.

Other schools I'm considering:

George Mason University
University of Washington
Boston University
Saint Louis University
Johns Hopkins University
Carnegie Mellon
Georgetown University
New York University
Columbia University (still thinking about that)

schools don't look at AP scores. They don't even get them unless you send it to them and even if you do, they won't see them until summer. i would say you are in for most of them. university of washington(i am guessing the one in st.louis), nyu(if stern), and carnegie mellon would be match(not guaranteed) and columbia would be high match to a low reach
