Could I get into UCSB or anyother UC?

I have a 3.3 gpa unweighted. I’m a sophomore. I go to a very highly rated school so the classes are harder, so my grades aren’t the best they could be at a lower rated school. Will they consider that?
I’m also going to take a lot of AP and honor courses next year.
I am a CA resident, and a native american. will this also help me?
My PSAT score is 1500 but I plan to do better because I haven’t taken all my courses and I want to sign up for a class to help me.
I do a lot of extra curriculers. I went to a foreign country over the summer to volunteer, I volunteer at a hospital and another place to adopt puppies, I do track and field (and also maybe basketball next year)(I also did tennis one year), I do a club peer helping with special education students, and I also plan to work when I turn 16. I also do a well known business club. I also plan to take community college courses over the summer.
So anyways, do you think I could get in? If not, what can I do to improve my chances?

I want to go into the medical field and be a doctor.

California publics banned affirmative action so ethnicity will not be a consideration, however; you will be a highly sought out URM for privates. Your UW GPA is low for most of the UC’s but you still have 3 more semesters to work on that GPA. UC’s also do not use 9th grades in their GPA calculation only 10-11th so you have a chance to turn things around. You also need to do well on the SAT/ACT along with a good GPA. Buckle down and work on that GPA, study for the SAT/ACT and try to take either one of the tests early in your Junior year and work on your problem areas identified by your PSAT. Also continue with your EC’s, just remember quality not quantity… Repost with all your Stats at the end of your Junior and CC’ers will be able to give you an idea of possible colleges to consider and your chances. Also consider costs. Figure out much you can afford to spend on your education. If you plan to go to Medical school, you want to keep the cost of your undergrad education low.
