I plan in going to Penn State, but I got an F in AP Calc for the third marking period. Altogether, my final grade should end up being a C and I am doing well in everything else.

Your quarter grades aren’t examined, your final ones will be. But stop being stupid – these same habits will follow you in Sept. What kind of kid do you think flunks out after one or two semesters (despite solid HS work)? You’re not immune. Please don’t cave into the senioritus. The academic material you’re covering now actually will be VERY helpful in many of your possible future courses. You’ve worked hard to dash your college GPA in Sept and Jan next year. Good luck to you
