Could I still get into Wake Forest with a 3.5 unweighted and a 3.7 weighted?

I am a 16 year old junior in high school. I know that my GPA isn't very impressive, especially for a school as selective as Wake Forest. However, I have been a huge fan of Wake Forest all of my life. I love the school, and an enormous part of my life has been tied around their sports program. I will have to take a tour to see what I think of the campus and everything about it, but as long as nothing struck me as bad about it, I would be willing to put in a lot of work to get into the school. Getting into Wake Forest is not a life or death thing for me, I have other options that I like. However, I am hoping that there are some nice key things that could help me gain an edge in the fight to get into Wake Forest University.

Allow me to say that I am working hard with studying for the SAT. I have always done well on these types of tests, and feel confident in my ability to pull off a great SAT score if I put in the effort. For the sake of this, lets say that I get a 2000 on the SAT. I am actually aiming for higher, but let's go with that. I'll also take the ACT at some point. When I took the PSAT freshman year I was in the top 90 percentile in the sate, and last year I took what is called the PLAN test which was basically a practice ACT, and I was in the top 98 and 99 percent in all of the subjects. I studied for neither of them.
I'll start with my EC that I have and plan on having.

My first thing is music. I have spent my time in high school heavily involved with the band program. Every fall semester I will have been enrolled in marching band, and every spring semester I have been enrolled in the symphonic band. This year (junior year) I was named a woodwind captain, which is a high ranking leadership position. I will be a brass captain next year. This year I had a solo in the second part of our show on alto sax. I participate in a community band in a seperate county once every week, which is a purely volunteer thing that I do for the love of playing my instrument. People ranging from high schoolers to college students to retired adults participate as we play challenging music and perform concerts. I also placed 13th with alto saxophone in 11/12 all-district auditions in North Carolina this year as an 11th grader, and expect I can place fairly higher as a 12th grader. I took piano class, and received one of only two awards given for outstanding achievement.

When I graduate high school, I will have spent roughly 1/4 of my junior year with a part time job, and all of my senior year.

I volunteered for nearly 30 hours (that is all that I documented) as an assistant on an elementary girl's softball coach, helping in practice and in games for an entire season.

I am about to begin volunteering at a homeless shelter in a bordering county about once a week. I will likely be serving food to those in need, but I will probably end up doing all sorts of things there. I think it will be a great experience for me. I don't know how many hours that I will do that, but unless something goes really weird I imagine that it will be very substantial. However, for the sake of this question, let's just say I volunteered there for 30 hours.

I have heard that Wake does consider your essay, and writing essays has always been my absolute strongest point in school. Also, because I have been a die-hard Wake Forest sports fan all of my life (mostly basketball), I think that it might be nice to mention in my essay what an honor it would be to play in the marching band at all of the Wake football games and to cheer on the basketball team with everything I have (hopefully they will be better by the time I get there) as a student.
Honors classes include: English II, Marching Band III, Marching Band IV, Symphonic Band IV, World History, Civics and Economics, US History, Chemistry, and Physics.

With all of that, a really good ACT score and at least a 2000 on the SAT, do you think that I have a shot?

I am not even certain that Wake will end up being my number 1 choice after I take tours and stuff. I am looking at some form of biology or chemistry major or a computer science major, and I've never heard whether or not Wake is good for that stuff.

WF: High match (as with all test-optional schools that aren’t reaches-for-anyone, it is GPA-heavy)

Case Western should be doable.

I really didn’t understand what you said, I’m sorry :/
