Assignment: Should people be treated according to what they are capable of achieving
instead of what they have done.

Throughout time people and every living single creature have been born
according to a unique feature, different genetic composition that makes
one standout. Even twins are different; moreover, no one should be
compared to the others. Everyone is capable of doing a job related to
his genetic form. Accomplished people are distinct for their fields.
Accomplishment Bias, the tendency to compare individuals according
to their accomplishments regardless of knowing how unique the others
would do, is a fallacy that many people fall prey to.
Once upon a time, there were an elephant, a fish, and a monkey. Each
of them was asked to climb a tree. One competition with one award.
Of course the monkey surpassed its peers with no effort. Its unique
characteristics allowed it to complete the task easily. Were the
monkey asked to rival the monkey in a diving battle, it would die
and the fish would complete the task effortlessly on the other side.
Copernicus stated that the sun is the center of the universe.
During that time, the abbey and the authority were strong
enough hang him because they thought that his proposal is
idiosyncratic and defying all the laws. People of that period were
too narrow-minded to think of his theory as a possibility. Although
Copernicus's theory is now evolutionary, it was once considered outcast.
Also Hypatia of Alexandria, proposed physics theories that defied the norm
of her period. She was thrown by stones by the Christians.

Accomplishment Bias and many examples that serve to show what
the real definition of accomplishment show that people are
too narrow-minded to judge what an accomplishment is.
What one has accomplished is a success of his own and not
what people see one.

I just would like to know what I need to improve for a 12.
Thank you.
