Counselor claims to be unable to upload transcript

I submitted my application, but the portal indicates that my transcript has not been received. I don’t remember being given a place to upload it, and from my research it looks to me like they should be sent by my counselor as part of the secondary school report. When I contacted her about this, she insisted that she only got a link by email to upload a letter of rec (which has been submitted already), and no links to upload other materials. I double checked, and she was marked as “college counselor / secondary school report” on the recommendation page.

In case this is counselor error, what should I tell her to do, and is there a way to have the appropriate email sent again? If it’s something else, how can I fix it?

You need to contact an actual human being to find out what has been received and what has not. None of us can tell you what is in your file right now- which is what you need to know. It doesn’t matter whose error it is- you need a completed application and you’ll need to have a conversation with someone at MIT who can verify what’s what.
