<p>As someone who just went through the process, I did not find my school counselor to be too great!
I see that there seems to be some sort of vilification campaign going on here about Mr Arjun Seth obviously due to certain people having other interests or whatever. I would just like to state that School Counselors can be quite busy with a large applicant pool and may not be able to give you the time and attention required (as in the case of DPSRKP and other big public schools)</p>
<p>I was not happy with USIE at all. They did not have the information I required regarding various collges, courses and professors so for me, it was a futile exercise. Agencies like Jamboree are just TOO commercial and do not give you any personalized attention.
CC is good 
but everyones needs are different and if anyone wants more personalised attention on a one to one basis, try out Arjun Seth. I am glad i went to him</p>

<p>I can’t speak for other counselors, but seriously, DPS MRD (My school) is rather ■■■■■■■■. Arjun Seth is one option (Which worked for me), another friend of mine used wisdommart and was very happy with them. </p>
<p>Hell, if you’re not daunted by the time it’s going to take, you can even do it alone, without using any help.</p>
<p>^I am from DPS, MR and I found the counselor rather friendly and concerned! You seem to be a one off case. In fact, I will be very pleased to help you, a fellow dipsite, get out of this lacuna.</p>

<p>I found Astha Bajaj useless. Yes she’s friendly and concerned, but she really knows absolutely nothing. She (literally) goes around asking students for advice.</p>
