@nluu0929:
I hope it is only one as well. But I am already signed up for the Nov and Dec tests for insurance in the event that my score is not as high as I am forcing myself to believe. But whatever it turns out to be, I am hoping that it will do for EA at the University of Chicago.

Mifune and nluu, that’s the same mistake I made as well (667 instead of 666 - misread the question), and so far it’s the only one I’m aware of. I made two stupid mistakes last SAT and it got me down to a 740M (which is pretty low for a raw score of 52/54) :(

I don’t think -1 750 or even 760 is possible.

I got -4 and received a 740.

God i want my scores right now. Killl meeee

^ please don’t stress out
scores will be out when they’re out, so for now, just enjoy life. :)

Does anyone know what time we get the scores? I live in India, so will I get the results on 29th or 30th?

5am eastern standard time… ^you will get them around 3pm on the 29th.

Cool! Thanks

So thats 2AM Pacific time. It’s not worth staying up to find out.

Sorry, I’m a little confused with the timing? What time do scores come out in America (east coast)? That way I can figure out what time it’ll be here (6 hours ahead!). I’m guessing around 11am - that was the time last time.

I’m pretty curious to see my score. The first time I took this test was 3 years ago and got a 1900, so I’m hoping for some killer improvement.

Ohhh my god!!! I cant wait, so much anxiety. They should put a warning when you sing up for the SAT.

Warning: May leave you ****ed up for the next two weeks!

this is killing meeeeeeeeeee

Same here >.>

For some reason, I feel as if the result of this SAT foreshadows whether I’ll get into a good/OOS college or okay/in-state school >.>

P.S. - I definitely want to avoid going in-state as much as possible.

@ nluu0929, ill pray for brother, lol. Good luck though.

My future is weighing in the balance as well. I have to get a 610 in the math section at least to get into the computer engineering program at UT.

Haha guys stay calm. I’m feeling pretty anxious myself and for some reason keep checking here to see how much time is left. I’m trying not to keep track of time in the hopes that it will pass a bit more seamlessly.

Lots of weight lies on my scores. Not just the weight of college apps, but also my confidence because I’ll be retaking in December and seeing no improvement from my previous SAT would be a real confidence killer.

I just checked out some of the old countdown threads and man are they intense. I felt so anxious just reading them I wonder how i’ll feel when we only have a day left.

I just took the one today so 11 days left for me and I’m alread dying!
Everything is perfect for my chance at an ivy— lets hope this test doesn’t mess me up!

lol @ nluu0929. I want to avoid going in-state as well. I definitely need some space. Two thousand miles will do.

I am probably in the 2350-2380 range but I am not unbearably nervous. I already know what I have missed - 1 CR (doesn’t matter) and 1-2 M (which can vary your score by 50 points). I am hoping that the math curve is lenient though. One error will never bring you below a 780, assuredly, and based on the content of the test, I am hoping that one error will still yield an 800. In addition, I am taking the Nov test so I will be focused on that by Oct 29.
