<p>A male Harvard undergraduate was the victim of an armed robbery while walking on Memorial Drive near Akron Street early Thursday morning, police said.
According to a community advisory released by the Harvard University Police Department (HUPD), the undergraduate reported to police that at around 2:00 a.m. on Thursday, two males approached him and demanded his iPod. One of the suspects displayed a knife before they took his iPod and fled up Akron street... </p>

<p>This is the reality at EVERY URBAN campus.
So what is your point?</p>

<p>Yeah, I don't really see the point here. Besides, every spike in crime for a campus, city and country which such low crime rates is almost negligible. Chances are people will feel safe at Harvard and just about every campus in the US, feeling unsafe would just ruin your college experience.</p>

<p>As someone who lives on campus, I can say that there is not a feeling amongst us students that crime is a big problem at Harvard. I mean, the rules of any city apply here too--don't walk down the street in the middle of the night by yourself, especially if you're a girl; don't walk through cambridge common alone; etc.</p>
