I applied EDII to RPI, and admissions decisions are released tomorrow night (7pm EST). RPI, if you don’t know, is need-blind. However, yesterday morning I received an email from their financial aid office, asking me to clarify something on my CSS profile. If they’re looking at that, does it mean I got in? It seems like it would be a waste to calculate financial aid packages for every applicant, but I don’t know anything. Any thoughts?
It does not necessarily mean you got in. As you pointed out they are need blind. They are probably making sure Whoever is selected has an FA package ready to go.
