CSU Fullerton

I need your advice..

I did fairly well in school- I took IB and AP courses, had impressive extracurricular activities , and have overcome life changing experiences during my high school career.
I was waitlisted to all of my reach schools, and even rejected to schools such as CSULB and SDSU (which were matches.. or so I thought)

I've been accepted to some safety privates, such as Whittier College and St. John's (but just aren't worth the money in my opinion) I would attend St. John's, however I live in Southern California- which would cost an extreme amount of money.

I applied to CSU Fullerton as a Theatre major knowing that their program is ranked highly; however, I am not hearing great things about the program thus far from reading the reviews here, and have been extremely discouraged from the comments about CSU Fullerton of people saying "it's not a good school". Is this true?

I plan to double major in Theatre and Business Administration. Coming from past students, or anyone with reasonable knowledge of CSUF could tell me if my decision to attend CSUF is a smart one. Would it be better to attend a CC then transfer?

Please help!
Thank you!

bump

CSUF is a good school - I’d head there of budget allows. Transferring to a ‘better’ school may not happen as you need to compete again with thousands of qualified applicants.
Go to the Admitted Student day and check it out for yourself.
Good luck.
