<p>Palmer Hall has been demolished.</p>
<p>A footing has been poured at the north side of the unprotected RR crossing at Dr. Edward Hillard Drive. I’m hopeful it is a footing for a crossing arm. This will make the crossing much safer if they finally install a cross arm.</p>
<p>There has been a lot of progress on new apartment complexes, the new dorm, the Ferg, and the new Fresh Foods. The improvements to the Ferg and Supe store are very nice.</p>
