I recommend you contact admissions for that sort of thing, garciac.

Sometimes they can work with you to make a “custom” visit. I’m sure they would be happy to arrange for you to sit in on a lecture. Just give them a call or shoot them an email.

For what it’s worth, I visited Lehigh for two official visits before I was accepted ED1. One was a tour and the other was en engineering event. I never did an interview. And I also never did DAP (even though I was invited). But, I did email back and forth a few times with my admissions rep.

The more the merrier with visits. I think visiting cannot really hurt… I don’t think sitting in on classes is offered as a regular thing, but if you email your admissions counselor letting him/her know you’re coming, they’ll usually let you know if they are avail to meet.

This thread is so helpful!
I’m guessing your a junior in the IBE program now? Hows the workload been?

I’m a senior from California and I’m applying to IBE. Im kinda concerned about their gpa recuirement in order to stay in the program. Is it hard?
I love to party and thats part of the reason lehigh is one of my top choices; as in they have a good balance. Im a person who likes to party but I also keep up my grades.
I definitely want to join a sorority so I’m just wondering how hard it would be to manage having a good social life while also staying on top of my work if I were to get into IBE. Thanks!

hi
I am applying to lehigh under regular decision. So far I am really interested in lehigh and its engineering program. As I am international student, I wont be able to visit college. Is there any other way to know more about college apart from visiting?

and also can we discuss about the essay prompts too…its time but still I am collecting resources for starting my essays. any contribution would be highly appreciated
People face challenges every day. Some make decisions that force them beyond their comfort levels. Maybe you have a political, social or cultural viewpoint that is not shared by the rest of your school, family or community. Did you find the courage to create a better opportunity for yourself or others? Were you able to find the voice to stand up for something you passionately supported? How did you persevere when the odds were against you?
