cut off pt for 2007

in the enrichment programs list.

i remember seeing it.

does COSMOS only count for 75 points, or the full 300?

wut the heck are these programs people? please explain for the out of stater...

"Where was one supposed to put that they took an SAT prep course? The essay? I didn't mention it at all because it would've sounded, at least in my perspective, that I bought my SAT score."
Under extracurricular activities.

"Would Prefreshman Engineering Summer Program count or a Summer Science research program"
Who knows? Just put it on anyway.

"does COSMOS only count for 75 points, or the full 300?"
If you can read, then you would know it depends on the number of years that you participated in the program.

but COSMOS is a 1 month program, so i didn't know if that counted towards "1 year" or not

hence, i asked for clarification...

I'm pretty sure that means one year - I think by one year, they mean each year that you return to the program, not each year cumulatively, adding all of the months that you've ever attended the program.

scientist: these are just summer programs that people attend at different schools like..the summer enrichment program at harvard or elsewhere. They're supposed to give you a taste of how college life is and also give you more insight to the college itself.
SAT prep courses are courses you take in preperation for the SAT - they're extraordinarily expensive and you basically go in for a million hours a week to take practice tests and learn how to master the freaking sat.

ANYWAYS,
does anyone know if UCSD awards extra points besides the 75 pt./year for participation in THEIR summer program? (academic connections)
