Dangit, did I do my Common App right?

Ok I probably shouldn't have waited to the deadline to submit my Common App because it is a pain and I had plenty of time to get it done. I have a few questions.

I had my teachers fill out the recs or whatever, and my counselor forced me to fill out some other form, not sure if it a evaluation or something. Did I get in the right forms? Also, I had my teachers submit their recs before my application was finished, is that fine? Lastly, when I submitted my teachers as recommenders, it said not submitted. Do I have to wait a couple of days for that status to change or did my teachers just not do my recs (I gave them two months and told them the deadlines)?

I know I might sound vague or confusing, but whatever anyone can answer would be a great relief to me.

If you’re looking under the school forms tab and under each teacher’s name it says not submitted, then your teachers didn’t do them. Otherwise, the recs and gc stuff are submitted automatically with your app when completed (or something to that effect; as long as your teachers did them, you’re fine.)

If your teachers didn’t complete them yet, they can submit them after the deadline, as long as it’s within a reasonable amount of time.

^Unless they sent the recs by snail mail. But you definitely should talk to them and see what’s going on.
