Thanks for the info! I should be looking up things about my schools but I’m at this weird point where I don’t want to research any more until I get my decision letters. I mean, yesterday I was looking up dorms at my dream schools and I started crying. So. Ridiculous. xD

Yea, I don’t meet many people who use alpha male or female to describe someone. LOL

alexisss, I sort of feel like we’re the same person, lol.

I fell in love with Princeton after I read This Side of Paradise (…I know), but it was a short-lived affair. And I really want to love Dartmouth, but not if it means every other guy I meet is in a frat, you know?

Yeah, it’s an F. Scott Fitzgerald novel about this privileged kid who goes to Princeton and graduates just in time to catch that roaring 20s. In the book, Princeton totally a boys’ club, but for some reason I just loved the way it sounded.

I’m so, so not a Greek life/partier person. Maybe I’ll have fun skiing? (wait, who am I kidding… I’m not even going to get in. Lol)

@Alexis
Not problem… I am very biased towards Princeton… but it is also the one uni that I feel I know as I have been there, partied there, met people and explored the campus a little :)

@philovist- i’ve heard the job prospects for neuroscience major students just get worse day by day. but like @sdorkyi, i am interested in the research/med school prospect of it.

@Raith - Update?? On what?? The arts supplement?

@Rew - So wait. You are writing CLAT(Law entrance test in India for those folks who don’t know). But you want to do neuroscience and get into Med school?? O.o
I do understand you writing Jipmer though!! :)

@Rishav
Nah, I thought I’d send all my unis an update about what I have been doing (ie my work experience in some detail as well as doing my pilot’s license)

Btw, I’m sure most of you know this already, but for those who don’t: Dartmouth’s dean of admissions and financial aid frequently does live stream events for applicants/prospective students.

@raith, @rishav, @himanshu
BUT. IF i get into an ivy. things will be different then :3
but i know my own chances, hence , those many competitive exams :

I guess we all are on level ground when it comes to chances.

As for priority, well, whichever Ivy accepts me, or Stanford, JHU, Duke, NU, Rice. And if not these, one of the other ones that I applied to. Don’t really think i’ll get into the majority of these though. :P
