There is no comparison, D is colder and has more snow. It snows, but not that much in central / south jersey (Princeton).

This thread seems to have slowed down… :p

Finally my Dartmouth tracker shows the application is complete. Phewww.

How’s everybuddy?
How’re you doing Raith ?

not mine^^at blue:(

Damn, I was under the impression that Princeton was bitterly cold. Haha, cheers perazzi!

My status page just has a letter which says something like ‘we have received all materials…’

^Thats just what Im talking about.

I wouldn’t worry about it if I were you, seems pretty standard.

@lboss congrats! I live by ubc. It’s really beautiful and I would’ve applied had it not been so close to home.

Dartmouth is freezing. Ubc will be warm compared to Dartmouth - it’s not that north guys! For all weather purposes it is close to Seattle. Rainy for much of the year, but not that much heavy snowfall and you still get blue skies days in winter (with a terrible wind though haha)

@Rishav
Most of the unis I am looking at are in the north east! I want the cold and snow - but then again I do sleep with my windows open when it is -2 degrees C outside xP I just love the fresh feeling!! :D

@Betterhope
Its a pleasure, we love having new people

@PO
I’d say Dartmouth is colder, further north? But my sis does say that Princeton gets freaking cold in Winter, but it gets quite hot in Summer! :S

@Perazz
Hey bro, international? Mention where you are from and join us :)

@Blue
About time that it showed completed hey!
Yea the thread has slowed down quite a bit I think everyone is just too busy to keep posting all day long Plus, all you Indians should start working hard for your Board exams :P

I’ve been good hey, working hard, playing harder But yea, been pretty chilled. Yourself?

@Boss
Don’t think I’ve congratulated you yet… so Congrats!! :D

@Quiver
I’m sure it will come through, as long as you don’t get an email saying that you have missing documents you should be fine :)

@Raith - Well, I can bear the cold… I just like pleasant/sunny whether because when it’s cold/snowing - outdoor activities kind of get restricted…

My status says “received all the required materials to start review”. Atleast there’s nothing to worry about the receipt of application materials.

Raith, my son is a 1st gen. American with mixed East Indian / European/ Hispanic ancestry.

@perrazziman - All the best to your son!! Is he on CC??

Incomplete file:)But , hey They at least created one :D

@Rishav
Well then pick up Ice skating, snow boarding and other related outdoor activities :P

@Perazziman
Awesome! Best of luck to your son and hope everything works out for him

@Quiver
Haha shame, what is missing from your file?

School tanscripts…apparently…reached stanford I know that!!

Well that is pretty odd any chance you can get your counsellor to resend them to the schools? Or maybe they just haven’t downloaded them or received them by mail yet?

@quiver - You used postal mail??
Just send them again via email through your counselor/principal/whoever!! :)

@Raith - Yeah, will have to do that… but snow & sports just don’t match in my head, maybe it’ll look better if I go to Darrmouth!! :p

@Rishav17, you can golf 365 days of the year in British Columbia. They just have mostly rainy days at worst and it hardly ever snows in Vancouver where UBC is. D will definitely be colder.

@Schoolfees - Hmm… ok… didn’t know that!! :p

Btw… Are you too applying to D this year??
