Davis holistic admissions?

I was wondering if Davis undergoes holistic admissions like Berkeley does. I’m asking this mainly because I’m really not sure if my 3.5 unweighted gpa, not sure about uc gpa (but I have taken a total of 2 ap classes and working on 3 other ap’s for my junior year right now), will get me into Davis. I have a multitude of extracurriculars and a sport, but ones that shows lots of commitments, growing positions, and that demonstrates my leadership capabilities which I will use for my personal statement.

What kind of students are Davis looking for? Are they looking for extremely academic straight A students? Or is it common for people with not so perfect grades but good extracurriculars getting in?

That was average last year.

If you have 6 classes, 2 of which are AP and earned a 3.5 UW, your weighted GPA would be 3.83. (((6*3.5)+2)/6).

That’s a little low but not unheard of. Nail your SAT (2000+), bring your grades up a bit and you’ve got a good shot.
