Has anyone had any issues with being classified as a non-resident even though you and your parents live in Illinois?
We are having trouble getting a response from UIUC as to why she is classified as a non-resident and she does not want to accept the offer of admission until this is clarified.

Her residency has been updated now so that she is classified as a resident.
Apparently, because of the mess in Springfield, problems of funding in Illinois, and high property taxes that are no longer fully deductible, UIUC just assumes everybody is now moving out of Illinois.
