De Anza ==> UC Berkeley *TRANSFER HELP*

Hi guys,

I was wondering if We are required to report winter 2012 grades if we go to de anza? I mean we are on the quarter system and winter ends like on March 30th.

I was also wondering I am pursuing a P.E. major, and currently i have a C in Calc 1A which is a "recommended course". If i am going to get a C should i drop it? or should i keep it so Berkeley can see i did it really frustrated now bleh :( which would be better not taking the course? or getting a C in the course? in terms of admissions decisions? I am currently also working two jobs so i dunno if that will factor in?

Any help is much appreciated :)

Berkeley won’t see your winter grades! As long as you pass them with the GPA you need to maintain, you should be fine.

About the Calc class… I honestly don’t know what would be the best thing to do. I’d ask a counselor about that.

Feel free to ask me any other questions you have :)

@anyone + @ deanzatransfer
I am applying to P.E. major to cal is a 3.77 high enough? (right now i have 3.9, hypothetical situation if calc screws me :frowning: ) I’m also currently working 2 jobs which is difficult to handle all at once

How about if I’m applying to the Econ Major with a c in calculus 1. My GPA is 3.73 overall. So anxious and nervous… any advice?
