Deans Rec Question

I was caught with alcohol my freshman fall semester but I just received a warning and no record shows of it in my transcript.
I just had one meeting with the residence life and housing coordinator (not my dean or any higher officials) and all I had to turn in was an essay of what I did wrong.
There were no more instances afterwards; this happened only once.
But I’m considering applying for a transfer to Emory and Rice and I was wondering if this will be reported to them and ruin my chances of getting accepted.
I’m just really worried because there is a section on the Dean’s report where it says

Has the applicant ever been found responsible for a disciplinary violation at your school, whether related to academic misconduct
or behavioral misconduct, that resulted in the applicant’s probation, suspension, removal, dismissal, or expulsion from your
institution?

To your knowledge, has the applicant ever been convicted of a misdemeanor, felony, or other crime?

Thanks in advance!

Clearly you were not put on probation, suspended, dismissed, etc. and were not convicted for a misdemeanor or other crime so you are fine.
