Youre not alone, the vast majority thinks science was the hardest, including myself ( but Ive never been good at it lol).

I also got 27 on the Venn Diagram problem.

241 more hours till we find out our scores!! Lol

Website temporarily down

website for ACT is down

@kansaskid1 it’s still down? I tried at 12 am central and the maintenance page came up and said the site was temporarily unavailable. I couldn’t log in.

Have anyone’s status change??

Science was really tough, but then again it always is for me. English and math weren’t bad other than the Ven diagram thing

guys if i got 1 wrong in math, do i still have a chance of getting 36

Any chance we’ll get an early load of scores using “the trick?”

What’s “the trick?”

I’m so glad I’m done with the ACT so I don’t need to worry about finding scores early or whatever haha. GL everyone!

What’s the trick??? Lol

Here is the link to the “trick”

Is “the trick” working?

I think you have to wait til your test status says tested to perform the trick but they usually change the status on Saturday and scores come out Monday so there’s really no point

yes
status must be tested

When do scores come out?

^^^ Starting 12/30/13

Approximately 168 more hours til we get our scores!!! Haha

Just updated the Early ACT checker. Uses no images for the design now, which is cool.

Link once again, feel free to repost: [Early ACT Score Checker](http://earlyactscore.com/)

To answer your question regarding if the glitch still works or not:

The answer is well, kinda. The bottom line is this: yes, the glitch itself still works. You can plug in any of your old tests links to prove this. However, with recently taken tests, it seems to work far less than it did in the past (though it’s worth noting that sometimes it becomes available for a short, short period and then it goes back to nulls again). It’s really hit or miss. I’m fairly sure the ACT people are aware of it, so it wouldn’t surprise me if they’re trying to counteract it in some way.

In technical terms:

In order for the glitch to work, your unique “testing id” needs to be able to generate a token to force the server’s .PDF file to open (which contains your scorecard). In other words, the testing id needs to be “active.” If the testing id isn’t seemingly “active,” it’s unable to generate a token… thus you cannot see your scores. If it’s able to generate a token, it can pop out the .PDF and you’re good to go.

My theory is this: they still upload the scores early. That’s a given. There’s no way they could dump them all onto the server seconds before everyone checks in. However, I think they’ve done some finagling with the testing id’s. Most of them aren’t “active” or don’t “turn on” until midnight central time of the first official score post date. This never used to be the case. But it’s weird because sometimes the id’s DO get enabled randomly before the actual date… we had that happen on numerous occasions the last few cycles.

Anywho… it’s worth a shot. Maybe you’ll get lucky and catch it at the right time.
