How did guys think you did? Any sections particularly harder or easier? IMO I thought verbal was a bit easier and math was a bit harder than usual.
Reading and math were about what I expected, but verbal was honestly pretty dang easy
Because I didn’t pace myself well, I loss losts of time on the reading section. Math and verbal were beyond easy.
In terms of easy I am comparing it to past tests and the average, not how I did.
I was comparing it to my past knowledge of the SSAT. (It’s been a while since I’ve taken it though)
Does anyone know when scores will release? I know Google says by December 26 but does anyone think they could be earlier? The wait is killing me lol
@CavsFan2003 My guess is next Tuesday or Wednesday. The November scores were released I think 11 days after the test.
@dogsmama1997 Alright cool, thank you!
@CavsFan2003 ya i got mine 1 and a half week later in november, shouldnt be more than that
Two of the reading passages were the same as the November SSAT. The first one, which was a short story only changed the names of the characters. The questions were different, but it definitely helped that I had previous experience with the passage. One of the Nonfiction passages were EXACTLY the same; no names were changed plus most of the questions were the same.
Math and Verbal were easier than the November SSAT. All and all, a lot of people have been saying it was a pretty easy one. Also, the scores were released 11 days after the test, so maybe this Thursday.
If it is generally acknowledged that the December test was easier that means the scale will be different. I read on the SSAT site that they scale each test differently to take easier/harder questions into consideration. I wonder if that means that even though it’s easier scaled scores will be the same.
That’s really awful that they repeat questions from one test to the very next test. Are you sure that’s right?
It’s VERY unfair for those that are taking the test for the first time.
