I was accepted into the international relations major but I already want to switch into neuroscience. It requires the basic bio and chem sequences, and I would love to complete them through the freshman science honors program. I've taken honors/AP math and science classes and earned A/A- grades at a rigorous private school. My math SAT I and II scores are both 800. I think I'm eligible, but I don't have an invitation to apply or the right major declared currently. Is there any way for me to get into the program? Thanks!

From the USC Orientation page: “If you have decided to change your major, you should do so before attending Orientation. This will allow us to place you in the appropriate academic advisement session. You can do this by contacting the USC Admission Office at 213.740.1111, or by contacting the academic unit of your intended major.”

Call as soon as possible, I see that the FSH application deadline is April 4. Good luck!
