I did not get a confirmation email, but when I sent a correction once before, I did.

Instead of a confirmation email, they accidentally sent me an email I was NOT supposed to get.I think that situation is fixed though.

I got that email too. I was so shocked! And there were social security numbers, emails, addresses, phone numbers galore! Did anybody else email them back/hear back after they did? I haven’t heard back.

Just sent in Additions. You can email them “Additions” but it has to be in the body of the email text. The Fileroom does not accept email attachments. You can fax them to (617) 496-3229 or my snail mail. The deadline is Jan. 20th.

The deadline of the 20th is only for EA applicants, not RD right?

Right. Just deferred students. I think RD was Jan 1st?

I meant for updates. When do RD applicants have until to send in updates?

Ohhh. I don’t think that happens, though… I think it’s just for those who were deferred SCEA to send updates of what happened between November 1st and January, because we didn’t send anything about that period.

fun fact: last night i dreamed that I got in at Brown and I was so happy when I woke up that I got into a college, I actually believed the dream and didn’t send updates to Harvard. Took me a couple of hours to realize that it’s not decision period… fail

I was deferred, and I was just named a candidate for the 2012 United States Presidential Scholars Program. The Harvard decision email said to send updates up until the 20th, so does this mean I shouldn’t bother notifying them about this since it’s already the 23rd? And is this a big enough deal to be counted as a “major award”? Haha it’s all so confusing. Any input would be much appreciated, thanks!
