@cawledgekid Yes I got almost word for word the same response
@Jmpollack is it normal or bad lol
@cawledgekid i have no clue. I got the same response today - probably standard.
Was wondering what type of questions I can ask my regional counselor to get the conversation going. I applied LSA Political Science. Thanks!!
Did anyone’s application status on Wolverine Access change from Early Action - Qualified to something else?
@098123Student - Nope. Status remains EA - Qualified. How about yours?
yup, word by word… somehow the email just sounds pretty harsh to me…
Receievd a somewhat short mail. The mail was like this. Thank you fir your continued intrest in the university. This info will be added to your application. If you have any additional questions then please contact your teritory counsellor.
@just_nag No change either. But they did add a line for 7th semester grades - second notification. How about you?
Nothing other than few lines above. They have not asked for 7th semester grade neither they hav asked for exploring other colleges… only 1st 2 lines and last line from the lengthy mail they hav sent to other peoples
@098123Student - No change at all.
Hi guys this is what my response looked like:
Thank you for reaching out with your continued interest! I appreciate that you are sending in your first semester grades and that you have expressed your interest to me, and I would not recommend any further action on your part, I understand that this has been disappointing, but we only fill 50% of our class in Early Action, so there is still a good amount of space in the class left. Please let me know if you have any questions!
All the best, Ethan Schmitt
Anyone else got a similar response??
Guys, obviously a troll. Only one post and he or she is the only one with that response. Others would have definitely shared this response that they got from the admissions office as well. Don’t give this jerk the satisfaction of them getting to you.
I said the t word that rhymes with roll
@cawledgekid mine is the same except after “will be noted in my evaluation of your application”, it says “I will continue to advocate for your admission.” Hopefully thats not just some generic thing but I did see people in previous year threads get that same version.
Does anyone know when decisions will start to come out? I heard they begin rolling in February is this true?
I know that last year some people were accepted in February that were deferred! But it is not a guarantee!
R u all ppl are instate ?. I am international applicant . Can any one say wht does the small mail as above imply ?
My daughter is about to send her letter of interest - she is not sure whether she can attach to that email some more supplemental materials, like extra letter of recommendation from her employer and college transcripts from some college classes she took
What do you think?
I think attaching some more fresh documents is a good idea as it will give a genuine look that despite one being deferred one still has intrest in the collegge
I think one sd go ahead.
All the best
