<p>I was looking at Dell laptops and saw they have a current promotion that allows you to by a windows 8 tablet for $300 when buying a "qualified" laptop. I have not looked at it in detail with regard to the engineering school requirements, but thought it was worth sharing if anyone is considering the laptop/tablet option. (or simply wants a tablet).</p>

<p>I should have read a little more about the Dell tablet before posting. The version in the offer does not support Wacom. So this is no good for the engineering school. For anyone else that does not have to meet that particular requirement, its not a bad deal for a tablet that runs all your windows programs, assuming you are buying the dell laptop already.</p>
