<p>My D was accepted to UofA for Creative Writing with an Excellence scholarship. </p>
<p>Does anyone know of departmental scholarships that might be available in addition to the University scholarships such as this one? For example, we know that the Dance department might offer students dance-specific awards based on audition results, but does anyone have familiarity with similar scholarships from the English department? And if so, would my D have learned of those monies with her acceptance, or could there be other scholarship money awarded separately?</p>
<p>Trying to fill an enormous gap. We are OOS and it is her first choice school.</p>
