Is any part of the housing deposit refundable? On the TU portal you have to pay both your enrollment and housing deposit. I assume the enrollment deposit is non-refundable??? I don’t want my son to miss out on the housing he may want if he decides on Temple but he is still waiting on a few decisions from other schools.
