but i cant go if to schools that dont offer financial aid my parents cant afford it.

Then maybe you should wait for 2011 applications like the rest of the people on CC. Why do you have to go so badly now…just stay at your current school.

alright guys it day 31 since my admissions have been revoked im looking long and hard but i havnt found much, i am talking with a school in NH right now hopefully it will work out

Dang, you’re the first person that I’ve ever heard got their admission revoked. I’m sorry, man! That must suck!
Peddie’s a great school w/ rolling admission!

is peddie still accepting grade 12’s?

i emailed the director of admissions at peddie and he told me that they enever ran on rolling admissions this year he said they were full after january 31st when the aplication deadline was due. day 32 still no luck im getting my application from some of the schools i got accepted to and im getting them to fax it to other schools.

day 34 since admissions have been revoked ive been asking a few boarding schools that i got accepted to to fax my application to some other schools in the new hampshire area hopefully ill have some luck, ill keep you guys updated till im enrolled in a school!

No I don’t go to Loomis… why?

I think you’re out of luck. You should just go to your current school for one more year - and then you have college anyways :)

^Yeah, JoshByron is right, no offense but you don’t ** absolutely ** have to go to boarding school…college is right around the corner and it’s a school where you board.

i honestly really dont have a choice i basically can only go to BS i did get accepted and i still have 1 spot available with FA at a boarding school on the east coast that i can go to but i dont really want to go to that one so im looking for another school . like no matter what im going to a BS becuase i already have a spot with FA at one but im just trying to look for another one cause i dont really want to gop to the one im accepted at. sorry i hope im not confusing you guys. anyway day 35 since admissions were revoked someone from CC sent me a nice email suggesting a few school i read the list i called some of the ones that he or she wrote down they all said they were full but the hun school said they may have a little spot available som i am getting my app faxed over to them today!

congrats. Have you tried Governor’s Academy or Concord Academy? Someone said they recently just got in.

naw concord was full months ago and they had no FA right after their deadline

What school did you get accepted to in the East Coast? Cause, since you desperately don’t (or CAN’T, like you said) want to go to your current school, then what’s so bad about the boarding school in the East Coast that you got accepted to? You already have a spot, WITH FA…why don’t you just go to that one instead of wasting time on more applications. And, I doubt you’ll get into anywhere else this late in the game…mostly as a senior who needs FA also…not to bring your hopes down…

i have an interview scheduled for next week i think their quite interested in me, hopefully it will go well!

With what school? Governor’s Academy?

yup its with governors

Ohhh, congrats then But, back to what I originally asked you, what school in the east coast accepted you?

ill tell you if i end up attending.

(if your a girl) I applied late to The Emma Willard School. Didn’t bother finishing my application because I called the dean of financial aid and he said it was all gone. Sent in my essays and ssat score anyway (got a 2204) The school called me a couple weeks before the acceptance letters were to be sent out, saying that they would like for me to finish my app… so i did (on May 5th) … got accepted with a 30 thousand dollar scholarship. They accept late applicants. They even have an option for coming in during the second semester (cheaper eh?) If you impress them like I did, you got a shot =D GOOD LUCK! hope this helps =)
