<p>We got the Stafford type loan that the UW recommends against using unless desparate..according to their brochure that came with it. Still a good deal to go there in state.</p>
<p>Well, for the time being we are out of state. My H lives in WA and we are in the process of moving there after our house sells. I have tried contacting UW several times to ask them about this and have never gotten a response. :mad:</p>
<p>Yep, it was underwhelming. I didn't expect anything though, so I was not disappointed. 17k is still cheap!</p>
<p>I got about 17K before loans, work study, or EFC. I got the university scholarship, the mary gates honors scholarship, and a state need grant.</p>
