Hi,

I was wondering if anybody else received an invitation to do a UC Berkeley survey? and if you did, what did you think about it?
There was also a mention about College Confidential in the survey on Question #9, it asked if CC was influential in your decision on choosing UC Berkeley. The scale went from not influential to extremely influential or not pertinent.
Was CC influential in your decision process?

The invitation email looked like this:

"Dear (insert name here),

Welcome to Cal! I am delighted that you will be attending UC Berkeley, and I would like to personally invite you to participate in a survey about your college choice process.

I sincerely hope that you will take the time to participate. The survey will only take about 10 minutes, and your input will help Berkeley improve services to applicants for undergraduate admissions. Your responses will be kept strictly confidential, and neither your name nor other identifying information will be released.

In appreciation of your submission of survey responses, you will be automatically entered into a drawing for your choice of one of ten (10) $20 iTunes gift cards or $20 Amazon.com gift certificates. You may start the survey at https://inquisite.berkeley.edu/cgi-bin/qwebcorporate.dll?idx=767GSK
