<p>I've read somewhere that the UC prompt #1 is basically asking you who you want to become in the future. My essay was pretty much all about my love of physics, how I discovered it, and how I want to pursue it in college. I didn't talk about my family or environment at all, which is what I'm worried about. Is it required for me to talk about that stuff?</p>
