Did I screw myself over with a C? And what would be "UC transferable GPA"?

Ok um it looks like I ended up with a 77 in my Financial accounting class and I am soo freaking out right now. And it was so unfair because I only had half the amount of time to take the final (some ridiculous wait time at the testing room, prof told me to get there 3 hours before closing and it took WAY longer than that for me to get in the room) I had to guess on over half of the questions. She said she took my predicament into consideration and she gave me a 68 on the final. Omgomg. Do you think transfer admissions would overlook this if I explained what had happened? And it doesn't help that I ended up with a B in Macroeconomics as well.

Is financial accounting transferable/count into your GPA if you decide to do a different major? (I was business or business economics) Cause I mean it's not a GE class right? it was a pre-req for me.

It’s still transferable even though it’s not part of the IGETC, so yeah it will count into your transferable GPA.

Do you guys think they will slightly overlook the C? I’m almost positive i could’ve gotten at LEAST a B in the class, the professor gave the wrong instructions and I don’t think I got a fair enough chance compared to other students… if I explained myself do you think they would be a little more sympathetic?

They’ll let you in, but you’ll have to wear a big C on your chest like Laverne in Laverne and Shirley ;)

What was your GPA prior to the C? And what is your major?
