2.You have a 3.9+ GPA.</p>

<p>I don't think so... I've stalked this thread like a hawk and was really excited when I got it. But now not so sure. I hope it is a sign for my sanity's sake. Because URSA is not giving me anything. I'm going to call tomorrow under the bc my FAFSA's not showing up.</p>

<p>random thought: maybe it was based on the essays? I’m just throwing that one out there. I read somewhere that is the way UCLA chose the regents scholarship (that is in addition to having a 4.0) people. I could be wrong but whatever these are all speculations anyway…</p>
