<p>my school does the gpa very differently from most schools...because of the IB Program our weighted gpa is out of 4.0 and in the end some go to as high as 4.2, therefore they a 4.2 gpa out of 4.0 and........ i have a 3.5 weighted gpa....which I THINK is about a 4.2 to 4.3 out of 5 not sure at all....does anyone have this problem and can anyone tell me what my gpa would be if it was out a 5 scale?....cuz most people in cc has weighted gpa out 5 and when i say i have a weighted 3.5 they says its too low and assumes its out of 5

<p>I would be interested in knowing as well. Our school does weighting out of 4.0 and we don't have a 4.33 for 100s. So, my UW GPA is 3.7 but weighted it's a 3.8. Granted, this does not include senior grades for last semester as I haven't seen my GPA; so I only had 2 APs in there to be weighted (all my previous advanced/gifted classes were not weighted, even though APs weren't available before year 11).</p>
