Dilemma: Which score to send AND should I retake ?

Need your help please.

Details:
ACT: Composite: 35 ; English: 36 ; Math: 35 , Reading 36 ; Science: 33 ; Writing score not available yet
SAT: Composite: 1560 ; Reading/Writing: 770 ; Math: 790 ; Essay: Reading (6) ; Analysis (5) ; Writing (6)

Concordance tables :

Questions:

  1. Should I send my ACT scores to schools ? given that Concordance tables seem to say ACT 35 is equivalent to 1560, 1570, 1580 and 1590 whereas my SAT is only 1560 ?

  2. Should i retake my ACT or SAT ? Please put aside my chances of getting a perfect score in either ACT or SAT, will it make me look score obsessed or you think scores are within reach of top tier schools ( I fully understand scores do not determine my admission )

TIA

anyone ?

You do not need to retake with those scores. The rule of thumb is don’t retake over 34 for the ACT. The numbers bandied about for “don’t retake” for SAT are usually around 1540, though not all sources agree on the new SAT number yet.

Focus on other ways to improve your application instead of test prep.

Send both scores if it is financially possible, and do not retake. They are both excellent scores and provide multiple data points that strengthen your application.
