I am a high achieving sophomore in high school with straight A's and many recognitions for my acheivments in education. I was caught cheating on a quiz and will be receiving an N in conduct for the grading period. I am actually moving very soon to another high school? Will this infraction follow me to the other high school. And will this affect my college admission process?

Please don't be harsh, I just need an honest answer :)
Please answer quickly..I'm really freaking out right now :(

What does an N signify? Does your new high school give grades for conduct?
As far as i know, colleges request transcripts be provided from all high schools the applicant has attended.

Yes your transcript will follow you. However if all there ever is on the transcripts is that one “N”, it won’t affect you. If however you are caught cheating on anything at the other school, it’ll be considered a pattern and yes it’ll make admission to any top 30 university/LAC unlikely
