Do 12th grade progress reports affect admissions?

I have a really strange transcript in the sense that I went from a 1.89 in 9th grade to a 3.33 in 10th and a 3.3 in 11th. This year I have pretty much A's/A-'s in every class and I really want the colleges i'm applying to, to see that. So, my question is.... considering my school sends all the colleges I app'ed to a progress report on Jan. 7th, will this affect the admissions process, or do schools not consider 12th grade grades heavily?

If it matters, here is a list of the schools I applied to:

University of Illinois
University of the Pacific
UCSB
UCSC
Virginia Tech
Purdue University
Syracuse University
Bucknell University

Yes, they are considered. Mathematically, however, they carry less weight in your GPA because it is only a half credit worth of GPA, as opposed to a full credit from each previous year. Admissions officers look for trends in GPA to predict your performance in college. An increasing GPA as you move through high school is looked upon more favorably than a decreasing one.
