<p>I know that the mid-year report does not make it in time for EA/ED, but it can impact us after the decision. Our school sends them out around late-January or Early-February, which is in time for Regular Decision. So the question is: Will mid-year reports impact our regular decision, in the sense that admission officers will base their decisions off of our senior grades...</p>

<p>Its interesting for us, our semester ends around 20 of jan, so my guidance counselor will be sending the school report end of dec. and mid year one month later. i hope there is no huge difference in the admissions.</p>
<p>if only colleges only look at grades from 9th to 11th grade. I was riding on my "upward trend".....now that my first quarter grades are out...so much for my "trend" lol. Just wondering, how do colleges look at a drop of GPA from 4.0 (last year) to possibly a 3.9(1st semester)</p>
<p>I don't think that's going to make a difference in your admissions decision.</p>
