Do all colleges take the highest SAT sections into consideration?

i hope i phrase my title correctly. on my april sat, i received V. 660, W. 630, and Math 790, i am hoping to raise both verbal and writing obviously. My early decision school is vanderbilt, and it takes the highest score from each section, so does that mean in the coming october, i can forget math and aim for 700s V and W, and the college would not care? so if i get 630 math, 700+ verbal and 700+ writing, what would the college say about that? "this kid is a slacker, forget her", or what... tkz you all

well, you shouldn't be dropping 160 points in Math....

Most colleges (a noteable exceptions is the UC's) consider your highest score from each section.
