If so, how do I record the hours, and the days per week? Say I did a speech contest. How do I record that?</p>
<p>Also, how do I record the hours for a foreign exchange trip? I mean, I was there 24 hours a day. Should I put it as 168 per week?</p>
<p>No, if you received awards for particular clubs then add those under Details. If not, then I would suggest fitting them with Honors if you have room. If you did speech team, where I assume you got an award from the contest, then put that under activities/e.c.</p>
<p>Normally, if its a paid trip, you shouldn’t really put it down because anyone that is able to can pay money for a trip through the school / outside area. If that’s not the case and you were selected either through a language/other class or program as one of few then that would be something worth mentioning. On the trip, I don’t think you can put 24 hours. Only put the time in which you actually were doing something productive or for the program. Don’t add the hours in which you’re sleeping or like having fun xD.</p>
