Do colleges care about school's state/county tests?

Our public school's transcript includes county/state tests that basically just test proficiency in Social Studies, Writing, Math, Science, etc. The student has to pass them in order to graduate in our school system. There's no limit to the number of times you take these tests.

The problem is one year, half the students in my grade failed this Science essay one (and some of them were pretty smart, as in top 5% of the class). I passed by like 5 points. Will out-of-state colleges and big universities even care about these though? I'm worried it will impact my chances T_T

Thanks

Although they do have access to your whole transcript, these sorts of scores are generally not evaluated by adcoms.
