Hi guys,

I want to go to either the University of Florida, University of Central Florida, Florida State University or University of Miami.

I have taken the SAT three times. Once in March 2011, another in May 2011 and the third done today June 2011.

Of course I can't say what my June scores are since I haven't gotten them back but here are my other scores:

March scores

CR 460
Math 560
Writing 620

May scores

CR 490
Math 610
Writing 590

Superscore (for the first two tests I took): 1720.

I took the June 2011 test but I didn't get a chance to study for it due to Final Exams and several projects in my classes. I managed a practice test or two but that's it. Due to this I'm not confident about my scores. I think I did worse in all sections (I'm actually sick today and had a headache throughout the exam...I mean that's no excuse for doing bad but I found it harder to concentrate). I want to take the October 2011 test (where I can study well for it). Studying for the June test was useless because I had no time and even the few times I did study, I didn't know what I was doing due to being tired. I'm worried though that taking the SAT a 4th time will hurt me in some way. I want to apply to FSU but can't because I'm 10 points off the minimum for reading. For UF I'm confident that the math and writing will make up for reading and my college gpa when calculated is like a 4.2+. My counselor said I should be set for UCF (which is a school I really love due to their amazing engineering program).

In short: do the colleges I want to go to (and other colleges if there are any) care if I take the SAT many times?

I plan to call the admissions offices of each school when they are open but I'm curious to see the responses and opinions regarding this topic, here at CC. Thank you very much! :)
