Do Colleges waive TOEFL on the basis of ACT English Section score?
I speak English and the medium of instruction in my school is also English. I'm not giving SAT and I'm from India.

Thanks

It’s very possible. Each college will have clear instructions to their international applicants so you’re best checking each school’s policies. They may differ.

Thanks @T26E4 . I’ve mailed them but they haven’t replied yet. :(

If your native language is English and you attend an English speaking school, they may waive the TOEFL based ont your ACT score.
On the other hand, it means you’d do very well on the TOEFL so why avoid something that’ll be positive for you?
Realistically, at least 4 colleges will require the TOEFL and those will be your 4 “free” scores.

You said a very logical thing @MYOS1634 . Thanks!
