If I send a toefl score inspite of having an sat score as proficiency in english, will that be of any use? Do colleges use toefl score for scholarships ?

Although my ACT English score makes it superfluous to send the TOEFL to most of the colleges I’m applying to, I personally send my TOEFL score to all of my preferred colleges to emphasize that English isn’t my first language and that they evaluate my scores differently.
However, due to the 19$ fee I wouldn’t advise you to send it to EVERY school you’re applying to if your SAT score makes you eligible to waive the TOEFL.
