Do Duke undergrads also have to campout for season tickets?

self-explanatory

Duke undergrads don’t get season tickets, graduate students do. Duke undergrads campout for the UNC-Duke home game and another designated tenting game. Otherwise, it’s all wristbands and walk up line only.

And can someone explain K-Ville to me? Is it just one big tailgating party? Do they campout weeks before the game?

K-Ville: Where Duke students spend weeks camping out waiting for tickets only to watch their team lose to their arch-rival in Hansbrough Indoor Stadium. :)

Do you still have to pay for tickets if you camp out? Wait, do you ever have to pay for tickets as a student?

no (10char)

@Cuse0507 - Camping out at K-Ville is a much better experience than watching your team [get embarrassed](<a href=“Men's College Basketball Teams, Scores, Stats, News, Standings, Rumors”>Charleston 82-79 North Carolina (Jan 4, 2010) Game Recap - ESPN) by an unranked team that you’ve never heard of. :)

@harambee hehehehe lol

Hey, at least we don’t have to camp out to watch our team lose. :)

At least we don’t have to see our team lose to Charleston.

bahahahahahahaha ■■■■■ ■■■■■ ■■■■■

Look at Cuse, attempting to defend a team with FOUR losses already this season without even playing a conference game. Good luck in the ACC haha.

We’re going to beat your Tarholes (twice) this year by 15 or more. Guaranteed.

Looks like some people are still bitter from the four years of thrashing that UNC has laid on Duke. Not to mention the 101 points that we dropped in Hansbrough Indoor Stadium last year.

What has Duke done lately? Nothing. What has UNC done lately? Just win our fifth NCAA national championship, that’s all. Yeah, we have four losses-three of which came to teams that ended up ranked in the top 5, which mean’s we’ll be more than ready for Duke (again) this year.

Looking forward to embarrassing Duke for the fifth straight time in Durham this year.

No, just Carolina. :)

I’m willing to bet my left arm and both of my legs that UNC won’t beat Duke at all for the next three years. The “good ol’ days” are over, Cuse. Better start working your way through the rest of those stages of grief.

Must be some good stuff you’re smoking, then. Harrison Barnes (you know, your #1 recruit that we ended up snagging) will tear Duke apart next year, and we’ll win at least one of the meetings this year. It is tough out there for a Dukie.

Cuse, UNC is the most overrated school in basketball. Losing to the College of Charleston just proves it. Duke will easily dominate them this year.

I agree that we are overrated this year. We are probably a top 15-20 team; no way we belong in the top 10 just yet. That’s alright though, we just won the national championship and this year is a rebuilding year until Barnes and company get here and lead us into Final Four contention next year. The last few years belonged to Carolina, but Duke is very good and could be the better team this year.

And, I wouldn’t pin too much on us losing a road game without 2 of our starters. Both UNC/Duke games will be very competitive this year and could easily go either way.

Historically, however, there is no denying that UNC is the better program.

Wow you didn’t have graves and ginyard And that’s a valid reason for the loss to the college of charleston. Even without ginyard and graves this is still like a 16 year old guy losing to his 8 year old sister. And by the way, next year duke will be even BETTER so I wouldn’t get your hopes up.

No one is saying that it was a good loss-it wasn’t. These things happen though-we lost to Santa Clara of all places in 2005 and still ended up winning the national championship. Every team has a bad loss every once in a while.

Who does Duke have coming in next year? Harrison Barnes? Oh, that’s right, he changed his mind and decided to become a Tar Heel. We’ll easily be a final four favorite next year.
