So I know all about how Duke basketball 'ticket' allocation works, but what about football and other sports. I haven't been able to find any info on the matter. Any insight is appreciated!

There are no student tickets, for football and soccer at least you show your Duke card and sometimes they swipe you. There’s a separate student entrance to wallace wade.

And I’m assuming if you have non-student guests you have to purchase general admission tickets ahead of time for them?

Or you can just ask your Duke friends who look like your non-Duke guests if you can borrow their Dukecard.

Excellent. Thanks for the help.

Does this mean they don’t charge for football tickets for students? But basketball tickets require a line, a tent and a lottery? Wow, this is so different from what I am used to.

yeah students go for free. The tent thing for basketball is only one or two games a season and only for undergrads. The lottery thing is only for grad students and only once a year.

belevitt,

If you’re interested in camping for the lottery this year let me know. I figured that between getting settled, not knowing people, and being away the weekend before and after the campout I would probably sit this year out…but if others are keen I would be willing to take the time.
