Do I Have a Chance at Brown?

I’ve posted this under the “What Are My Chances” Forum a while back, but I really want to know my chances specifically for Brown - which is my absolute dream school. I really want to apply Early Decision next year, but I’m probably not going to - if only for financial issues.

Junior, Chinese-American male from a large public high school.
Rank: 7/791
SAT: 2060: 660 M 680 CR 720 W (I’m definitely going to take it again, hoping for over 700 in M & CR)
SAT IIs: Chinese 790, US History 720, going to take Spanish and Biology M
GPA: around 4.83 weighted/4.0 unweighted

Courses - all the hardest possible Honors/Courses, although I may end up getting a B in either World History AP or Honors Chemistry this year.

APs Completed by End of Senior Year:
AP US History (5)
AP Psychology (5)
AP World History (junior year)
AP Biology (junior)
AP Statistics (senior)
AP English (senior)
AP Government and Politics (senior)
AP Economics (senior)
AP Spanish (senior)
AP Calculus AB (senior)

Extracurriculars:
-Leo Club (9-12, secretary 11th, probably President 12th)
-NHS (11,12)
-Math Honor Society (11,12)
-Spanish Honor Society (11,12)
-Math League (10-12)
-Alternative Energy Club (co-founder 11th, 12)
-Elementary Spanish Student Instructor - I teach spanish to elementary schoolers for 10 weeks
-Medicine Club (10-12, maybe officer position 12th)
-Summer@Brown 2008
-Tutor at local Kumon Math & Reading center 4-8 hours a week(10-12)
-Chinese Corner (founder, tutors local college students with Chinese)

any chancing with criticism would be greatly appreciated!

Wow. I just applied to Brown too, and trust me, if it comes between you and me, by God, you're going to win.

Good job with the Alternative Energy! This is a really impressive summary...I'm really jealous :S

BUt what sets you apart? What makes you different? And with a 4.83 you are 7th? Hmmm....

yeah, my school's got an extremely hyper-inflated grading scale, which is very annoying.

I honestly don't know what sets me apart - which may pose as a problem. I feel like I'm mediocre at everything.

Hmm see the schools inflated grading scale might play against you as well seeing as colleges do a check on every applicants school. You need something that sets you apart from the rest. Do you have strong ECs that you are dedicated to? Have you done anything amazing(example: published a book/article/etc.)? Maybe your essays?
