Has a White Male OOS ever gotten accepted into EECS with a 4.09 UC GPA, 34 ACT, 800 MATH II, and 760 Physics (top 6% of class)?

(not applying for aid if that matters, I think Berkeley is need blind though?)

That's not a lot of info to go on, but you didn't post anything that would necessarily rule out exceptance. Certainly your test scores are a big plus and there's nothing wrong with your rank. The GPA, for OOS, is more open to interpretation than it would be for in state since only your AP's would be weighted. If you took only a few AP's, for instance, and lots of dual enrollment classes, that would mean your unweighted GPA is quite high and would probably buy some leeway with GPA. If the rest of the package--EC's, essays, etc.--is there, you have as good a chance as any other strong OOS applicant.

I believe I have the rest of the 'package', so I was wondering whether I'd be ruled out based on stats alone. I know my scores are good, but I think my GPA is kinda low for OOS and EECS. And I've taken a lot more than the max number of AP's and Honors.

I don't really know why I posted this, because I'm strongly against chances posts. Berkeley EECS is my #1, so I'd just really like to get in! :)
